Gold Education Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Colchester, Essex.
We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor for a school in Colchester, Essex. The post is full time and is available to start immediately. The Cover Supervisor position starts from October 2022 till December 2022 initially, however there is the possibility of a permanent post for the right candidate.
A successful Cover Supervisor has a passion for teaching, is confident, builds strong relationships and has strong behaviour management skills.
You will ideally be a graduate and have some school-based experience in a Cover Supervisor role or similar post.
As a Cover Supervisor you will need to:
Ideally have experience working as a Cover Supervisor or similar post
Have recent and relevant experience in the UK showcasing your knowledge of the Secondary National Curriculum
Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work as a Cover Supervisor
Have excellent classroom management skills
Be able to build positive relationships with pupils
Great communication Skills
