Gold Education Recruitment are working with a small village School in the heart of Manningtree. The School is looking for a LSA to work 5 days Mon - Fri supporting children in groups and on a 1-1 basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a lovely village School with an established team in place and help nurture students in their educational journey.
The ideal candidate must have:
Experience working children of various ages
Be able to support children in groups and 1-1
Have SEND experience
Be patient and calm under pressure
Be able to work on your own and part of a wider team
