Gold Education Recruitment is actively seeking an LSA for a full-time role at a school in Brentwood. The position involves working with Early Years class, both one-on-one and in group settings. The school offers a supportive environment and is committed to providing training for the ideal candidate.
The ideal candidates must have:
SEN experience is not essential but would be useful
ideally the right candidate would have classroom experience
A passion for helping and supporting children
Able to adapt well to different schools by being flexible and adjustable to schools policies and procedures
