Gold Education Recruitment are currently recruiting for an LSA for a School in Colchester for a full time position to work with a KS1 class on a 1-1 basis and in groups. The school is very supportive and will offer training for the right candidate.
Whether you are looking for one day a week or five days a week, we can help get you some consistent work in some of our fantastic Primary Schools.
The ideal candidates must have:
SEN experience is not essential but would be useful
ideally the right candidate would have classroom experience
A passion for helping and supporting children
Able to adapt well to different schools by being flexible and adjustable to schools policies and procedures
