As an ECT (Early Careers Teacher) we hope to provide you with a supportive environment to build an exciting and enjoyable career within a fast paced classroom environment.
The Early Career Teacher roles are available for an Early start for the right candidate with the trust happy to put the correct support and career plan in place from the first day.

We are also able to offer daily supply work to give you the opportunity to meet schools before committing to contracts.

The ideal candidates must have:
Be completing Teacher training (or completed) and gained QTS
Good classroom presence
The desire to work with children in an educational environment
An enthusiastic and outgoing personality
The ability to learn while supporting others
Able to adapt well to different subjects and adjustable to schools policies and procedure In return we offer:

Competitive daily rate between £125 - £160 a day
Weekly pay – PAYE or Umbrella options
