Gold Education Recruitment are currently recruiting for Cover supervisors to support schools in the Chelmsford area with day to day and long term cover.
As a cover supervisor you will be asked to follow pre-planned work and lead a variety of classes in key stage 3 and 4. We also have a clear progression path offering the ability to go on and train to be a teacher in the future (if suitable).
The roles are available for a September start for the right candidate and we would consider both full and part time, we are also able to offer flexible working hours if needed.
Being a cover supervisor is a great entry level position to start a career in teaching, while gaining experience before taking the next steps in your teaching career.

The ideal candidates must have:
· Experience working with children
· Good classroom presence
· The desire to work with children in an educational environment
· An enthusiastic and outgoing personality
· The ability to learn while supporting others
· Able to adapt well to different subjects and adjustable to schools policies and procedures
