This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, teaching assistants, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting. With flexible working opportunities available, this role is ideal for candidates looking to fit work around their existing commitments while gaining experience in education. What You’ll Be Doing Supervising classes across a range of subjects using pre-prepared lesson materials. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment. Supporting students to remain focused, engaged and on task. Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of lessons. Following school policies and maintaining a professional presence. Adapting confidently to different schools, classrooms and student needs. What We’re Looking For Confident individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with young people is desirable. A professional, reliable and proactive attitude. Good classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
