Supporting Schools

Enhancing School Experiences Across Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk

At Gold Education Recruitment, we are passionate about supporting schools and enriching children’s educational experiences. As parents ourselves, we understand how important it is for pupils to learn in a safe, inspiring and engaging environment. That’s why we actively invest in local schools across Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk through funded workshops, event support and resources that enhance teaching and learning. Our commitment goes far beyond recruitment, it’s about giving back to the communities we proudly serve.

Supporting Local Schools Beyond Recruitment

At Gold Education Recruitment, we’re committed to giving back to the schools and candidates we work with. Since launching, we’ve proudly invested in a variety of enrichment opportunities that enhance learning and inspire pupils, including:

  • History Off-the-page workshops

  • Engaging science assemblies and shows

  • Donations of books and reading resources

  • Funding for curriculum-based software

  • Prizes and support for PTA events

  • Additional initiatives that enrich school life

We are dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with local schools- supporting wider educational experiences of the children you teach.

Support for PTA & School Events

We love supporting school communities by contributing to fairs, fetes, teacher training days and education events. Whether through prize donations, sponsorship or attending as stallholders, we’ve seen firsthand how this support helps schools raise vital funds for equipment, resources and enrichment opportunities that benefit children throughout the year.

Software & Resource Funding

We understand the value that high-quality technology and software can bring to teaching and learning. That’s why we have supported local schools by funding educational resources, including music software used in lessons and assemblies, helping teachers deliver more engaging and creative classroom experiences.

Building a Stronger Education Community

Supporting schools goes hand in hand with supporting the educators who work within them. We take a personal, community-focused approach by hosting afternoon teas and small meet-up events for our teachers and support staff. These gatherings create space to connect, share experiences and build lasting relationships. By nurturing this supportive teaching community, we strengthen the quality of education in local schools and maintain meaningful connections throughout every candidate’s journey with Gold Education Recruitment.

Frequently asked questions

Resources

With our knowledge and experience of primary and secondary school education, we are often asked by candidates for guidance and advice, from everything to managing classroom behaviour, to how to cope in interview situations. This is why we launched our blog, which we add to on a monthly basis. We are proud of the wide variety of resources available, to support and inform education professionals.
