Paul heads up our Consultancy team and has specialised in education recruitment since 2008. Paul values the long-lasting relationships he has built with schools and teaching staff and prides himself on pairing up candidates with schools that match both parties' requirements.

CLARE YATES -
COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Clare has worked in the education recruitment industry since 2011, with her main role as Compliance Manager, and currently heads up our Compliance department.

Clare has a BA Hons Degree in Early Childhood Studies and Sociology and holds an L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice qualification through The Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC). Clare is able to recruit and vet candidates to the highest standards ensuring the standards of the REC are met at all times.

Chris has been supporting Secondary Schools across Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk for 10 years, he believes the key to his success is his ability to offer friendly and efficient service to both schools and candidates.

Secondary & Primary School Specialist
Paul entered the world of Education Recruitment in 2012, initially as a Trainee Consultant before progressing to Branch Manager.
Throughout his career, Paul has trained and led highly successful teams in multiple counties including Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Greater London and West Midlands.
He has personally supported most education phases including Primary, Secondary and SEND. Paul is passionate about supporting schools to find the best educators, that can enhance the learning journey for their students.
