Gold Education Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Teacher for a secondary schools in Colchester

We are currently recruiting secondary teachers schools in Essex. We have Schools urgently needing teachers for day to day general cover and longer-term positions.
A successful teacher has a passion for teaching, is confident, builds strong relationships and has strong behaviour management skills. You will ideally be a graduate and have some school-based experience in a Cover Supervisor role or similar post.
As a Secondary Teacher you will need to:
Have Qualified Teacher Status
Have recent and relevant experience in the UK showcasing your knowledge of the Secondary National Curriculum
Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work as a teacher
Be confident in your own subject but also happy to cover general cover across different subjects
Have excellent classroom management skills
Be able to build positive relationships with pupils
Great communication Skills
