Our support and advice also lends itself to those who are considering positions within education but are not sure yet. Our consultants are available for informal consultations to discuss the options, schools and pathways available. Our consultations can offer help and advice on what it is like to work in a temporary and full-time position within schools, as well as having local knowledge about Essex and the local area for those looking to relocate or considering commuting from elsewhere.

PAUL YATES
Director and Executive Consultant
Paul heads up our Consultancy team and has specialised in education recruitment since 2008. Paul values the long-lasting relationships he has built with schools and teaching staff and prides himself on pairing up candidates with schools that match both parties' requirements.
You can guarantee that Paul will go above and beyond for his clients, thriving on hard work and commitment to ensuring he has a positive impact on schools and staff. Paul understands the importance of having outstanding teachers in schools and this is at the forefront of his decision making.
CLARE YATES
Compliance Manager
Clare has worked in the education recruitment industry since 2011, with her main role as Compliance Manager, and currently heads up our Compliance department.
Clare has a BA Hons Degree in Early Childhood Studies and Sociology and holds an L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice qualification through The Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC). Clare is able to recruit and vet candidates to the highest standards ensuring the standards of the REC are met at all times.

Executive Consultant
Chris has been supporting Secondary Schools across Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk for over 10 years and believes the key to his success is his ability to offer friendly and efficient service to both schools and candidates.
With his years of experience Chris has managed to develop his skills to build deep relationships and offers a personalised service which works well for his clients and candidates.
